NSX Studio AI — Privacy Policy
Effective date: 21/08/2026
This policy explains how NSX Insights collects, uses, stores and protects personal information through the NSX Studio AI mobile application (iOS and Android) and its companion admin dashboard.
NSX Studio AI is provided by NSX Media Pty Ltd (ABN 13 680 438 742)
trading as NSX Insights ("NSX Insights", "we", "us", "our"), of [registered business address to be confirmed].
This policy is self-contained and applies specifically to NSX Studio AI. It does not incorporate or defer to any other NSX Media or NSX Insights policy.
1. Who this applies to
NSX Studio AI is a business tool used by two types of people, this policy covers both.
User type
Dealership staff
NSX Insights administrators

Dealership and business information
Submission and usage data
Device and diagnostic information
What we collect
Email address, password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text), name, and the dealership account you're linked to.
Photos captured on your device during a shoot, following the app's guided capture sequence.
Your employer's business name and account details, assigned editing profile(s), and a record of which staff member submitted which batch.
Batch status, timestamps, shot counts, and basic in-app activity.
Device type, operating system version, and crash or error logs.
We do not collect precise location data or EXIF/GPS metadata from photos, payment information, or government identifiers through the app. We do not use any third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.
3. How we use your information
We use the information above to: provide the core service (capture, submit, process and return vehicle photography); authenticate you and keep your account secure; communicate with you about your account and submissions; carry out internal quality review; maintain and improve the app; and meet our legal obligations.
We do not use vehicle photographs captured through the app for our own marketing, case studies, or portfolio purposes.
If we ever wanted to, we would ask your dealership for specific permission first and only proceed with explicit approval in place, separately from this policy.
4. Who we share it with
We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for anyone else's marketing. We share limited information with the service providers who help us run the app — each is only given what it needs to perform its function, and this is the complete list:
We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of NSX Insights or others.
5. Where your information is stored
Processed images are stored on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the ap-southeast-2 (Sydney) region.
Some of our other service providers may store or process information on servers located outside Australia. Where that applies, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information continues to receive a level of protection consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
6. How long we keep it
While your dealership's account is active, we retain vehicle photographs, submission records, and account information within that account.
Once a dealership account is closed, we delete associated photographs and personal account information within 60 days, except where we're required to retain records longer to meet a legal obligation (for example, tax or financial record-keeping requirements).
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections between the app and our servers, access controls limiting who can view submitted content, and secure password storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct anything that's wrong or out of date; or delete your account and associated personal information, subject to our legal and legitimate business retention needs (for example, active dealership submissions). Contact us using the details in section 11 — we'll respond within a reasonable time, generally within 30 days.
9. Children
NSX Studio AI is a workplace tool for dealership staff and is not directed at, or intended for use by, children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
10. Complaints and data incidents
If you think we've mishandled your personal information, or you're concerned about a data incident, contact us first using the details below so we can try to resolve it directly. NSX Insights is responsible for handling and responding to privacy complaints and data incidents relating to this app.
